  • Profile

Our mission is to work with existing community groups/organizers to design and provide accessible aquatic exercise opportunities for people with disabilities/injuries who may not be able to access regular aquatic programs. We believe that physical fitness and social participation through aquatic exercises are things that should be enjoyed by everyone.

Aquatic exercises have been shown to improve not only physical health, but also psychological and mental health status in various populations.  Aqua Fit For All started with classes for the visually impaired but in the summer of 2018 they are adding a new program called Aqua Blast for stroke survivors. The Program is free with a $10 annual membership with Aquafit for All association.

The summer program runs July and August,  Tuesdays at 10-11 am or  Thursdays at 8-9 pm.

Contact Minnie at 778-368-9959 for more info.

    Located in: Fraser Health Authority.
