  • Valley Therapeutic Equestrian Association

    Provides horseback riding opportunities for people with disabilities. Each new rider is required to have a referral from their medical doctor.   • Valley Yoga Centre

    The Valley Yoga Centre offers a therapeutic approach to yoga that assists with recovery from illness or injury.
