  • Profile

TIME™ (Together in Movement and Exercise) is an exercise program that helps individuals improve their mobility while living independently in their home community. Designed for adults with conditions such as stroke, acquired brain injury, multiple sclerosis or other mobility concerns, it is a one-hour circuit-based exercise class led by fitness trainers at local recreational centers. Classes provide opportunities for individuals to meet with and receive support from other participants, and also suggest practical techniques for individuals to practice at home. You can register for classes through your community recreation centre. Check your local rec guide for the current class schedule.

    Located in: Fraser Health Authority.
