    • Profile

Do you struggle with post-concussion symptoms? Foggy-brain, dizziness, headaches, or overwhelm? You’re not alone.

While no two concussions are alike, most concussion and trauma survivors tend to be easily overwhelmed. Learn how to incorporate the mindful concussion approach into your daily life. Develop a wide-range of concrete practices you can call on to cultivate calm clarity in the middle of the concussion storm.

Jessie Rain Anne Smith is a concussion survivor, a meditation practitioner & an educator. She is the founder of Mindful Concussion and offers the following mindfulness related services:

      • Mindful Concussion Care Courses (This 10-week zoom-based course is inspired by the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program, modified for concussion)
      • Mindfulness in Nature (outdoor 3 hour workshop)
      • Circle Up! (monthly 1.5 hour Zoom session to connect with other concussion survivors, free of charge)
