Registered SteadyFeet® Instructors teach techniques to have individuals feeling stronger and more confident about walking and participating in their favourite activities. Registered SteadyFeet® Instructors are specially trained in balance and mobility exercises for seniors and it is safe for participants with osteoporosis and other health conditions. Anyone can register – a referral is not required.
