    This program provides funding and coordination of short-term, community-based rehab and support services for children and youth with an acquired brain injury. Services include:

    1. Acute rehab services
    2. Service coordination
    3. Toll-free line
    4. Transition planning

    This is a provincially funded program. Only those without third party funding are eligible for these services.

    Services available to children and youth from all BC health authorities, including: Vancouver Coastal Health Authority, Fraser Health Authority, Island Health Authority, Interior Health Authority and Northern Health Authority.
