This class will inspire you to reconnect your movement with your breath and your breath to your body.
In this class we use movements and sequencing to help support learning. Here you can challenge your muscles, balance and cognition while building the skills and confidence to return to movement in a fun, safe and inclusive group!
What you need to bring:
- A water bottle
- A yoga or fitness mat if you have one
- Most importantly, a positive attitude and an open mind
This class is suitable for independent brain injury survivors looking to return to activity.
