VCH, GF Strong – Building Community Connections: A Workshop for Survivors, Families and Friends

This is an opportunity for survivors, families and friends of people with a stroke or brain injury to learn about some of the services and programs available in their communities. Families and survivors will be able to meet with one another and learn from each others’ personal experiences.
