Island Health, Outpatient Rehab – Royal Jubilee

The Outpatient Rehab program provides short-term outpatient services for adults dealing with orthopedic issues, amputation or neurological impairments that impact their ability to function. The program provides both single discipline and multidisciplinary rehab services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, recreational therapy, social work and neuropsychology.

A referral is required in order to access the program.
