Interior Health, Liaison Therapist (Physio Navigator)

This role bridges the gap between acute care services and community services and is particularly helpul for patients with chronic medical conditions. A liaison therapist (navigator) is at the Parkinson Recreation Centre to support indiviuals with encouragement and to direct them towards appropriate programming. No appointments necessary, just walk in!
