    • Profile

      The NROP is a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, SLP, SW, Nurse) that provides outpatient rehab for adults with a neurological condition (e.g., head injury, MS, Parkinsons). Priority is given to clients being discharged from the hospital.

      The goals are to:

      1. improve the physical, cognitive and social functioning of adults with neurological conditions, through individual and group treatment
      2. enhance the independent function of clients in their homes and community by providing therapeutic support to families and referral to community resources

      Individuals must be 19 years of age or older.

      A physician referral is required in order to access the program.

      Located in: Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (VCH).
