        Searching for services to support recovery from a brain injury can be overwhelming. We’ve created an online list of resources to help people recovering from brain injury access the supports they need. You can find this list of 300+ services (we call it a “Repository” for short) by clicking on the Resources menu item.             Aqua Blast

            Aquafit for All Association is a non-profit organization providing accessible aquatic exercise programs for people of all abilities. This summer we are providing Aqua BLAST, a free aquatic exercise program for stroke survivors. The program has a social component as well where participants are invited to stay after the session to chat and build connections.

             

            Aqua BLAST
            Time: July-August, Tuesday 10-11am OR Thursday 8-9pm 
            Location: Britannia community pool, 1661 Napier St, Vancouver, BC.

            Program is FREE with a $10 annual membership with Aquafit for All Association.

            For stroke survivors who want to continue to improve or maintain physical and mental well-being through group aquatic exercises!
