Recommended by Doctors and Physiotherapists, this balance and mobility program for older adults will help improve functional mobility, increase lower body strength, improve balance and reduce fall risk. Registered SteadyFeet® Instructors teach techniques to have individuals feeling stronger and more confident about walking and participating in their favourite activities. Registered SteadyFeet® Instructors are specially trained in balance and mobility exercises for seniors and it is safe for participants with osteoporosis and other health conditions. Anyone can register – a referral is not required.
