Specialized interdisciplinary rehabilitation program for the older adult. Offers treatment programs for clients with neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, and arthritis including fibromyalgia. The highly specialized care team consists of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, social work, speech language pathology, pharmacy, and physiatry. This program serves the Lower Mainland and local community.
