Hope After Stroke

HOPE after stroke is a two day per week program in a community setting. Sessions run on Wednesdays from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM and Fridays from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Which group someone joins will be decided during the intake process, as individuals need to call ahead before attending.
