Aquafit for All Association is a non-profit organization providing accessible aquatic exercise programs for people of all abilities. This summer we are providing Aqua BLAST, a free aquatic exercise program for stroke survivors. The program has a social component as well where participants are invited to stay after the session to chat and build connections.   Aqua BLAST Time: July-August, Tuesday 10-11am OR Thursday 8-9pm  Location: Britannia community pool, 1661 Napier St, Vancouver, BC.
