Santé Ouest Centre (French)

Santé Ouest is the first francophone community health centre in British Columbia, located in Vancouver, BC. The centre provides bilingual primary care and community health services in French and English, ensuring accessible, culturally sensitive care for francophone patients. Its interdisciplinary team focuses on preventative medicine, chronic and acute illness management, wellness and mental health, substance dependence treatment, and specialized programs for vulnerable populations. Opened in 2024, Santé Ouest is supported by the BC Ministry of Health and RésoSanté C.-B. and is located at 106-2025 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC, V6J 1Z6, Canada.
